Steering geometry! As Ian has said, he has visited and given me some points to think about and alter. Steering is one of them. I don't quite have enough lean angle so need to raise the bike by 25mm. I have a 45 degree rake with a 17 inch wheel which can be raised with a 19 inch wheel. Easy. But what happens on the track with the handling. Ian suggests moving the rake back to 40 degree's. I know what trail and rake do and also what effect triple clamp offset does but only on a road bike. What is the effect and what is the optimum angle, trail etc.. on a drag bike? With weight, big tyre and length there must be a tried and true "optimum" set up that will be a good start point.

Hi
What would be the minimum logging rate that you think you can get away with.
Do you think 10 bit per second is a quick enough capture rate?
Especially when trying to compare crank rpm to output shaft rpm.
I hope to be logging
3 x rpm channels
2 x EGT
2 x CHT
Voltage
Amps
Shift Light
and dual axis g meter.
Thanks
